Booking a Lungi Guest House: Deposit, Cancellation and Refund Rules

Travelling to Sierra Leone means flights that move and plans that change, so our booking terms are built to be simple and fair. This is the one version we use everywhere.

Deposit

A 50% deposit normally secures your room. Paying on arrival is also fine. A booking with a deposit is always honoured. A booking without one is held subject to availability when you arrive.

Cancellation and date changes

• Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in. Check-in is 11:00 hotel local time (GMT/UTC+0).
• Changing your dates is free of charge, subject to availability.

Refunds

A deposit is always refunded in full: immediately if you paid digitally, and within 10 working days if you paid by SWIFT.

If your flight is delayed

A room with a deposit is held for you, and we contact you before releasing it. Reception is open 24 hours, so a very late arrival is received normally. Message us on WhatsApp so we know your new time.

How to pay

Cash (NLe or US$), Orange Money, Africell Money or bank transfer. Bank details are given on your invoice, not on social media.
