Email address and WhatsApp/phone number
Check-in and check-out dates, room preferences, special requests
Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details)
Organisation name for corporate/NGO bookings

We also automatically collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for website security and performance only.

To process and confirm your booking
To send booking confirmation via email and WhatsApp
To provide customer service and respond to enquiries
To send our newsletter (only if you subscribed — unsubscribe anytime)
To comply with Sierra Leone legal and tax obligations (NRA filings)

4. Payment Processing (Stripe)

All card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. — a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. Your card details go directly to Stripe. We receive only a payment confirmation. We never store your card number, CVV, or expiry date. Stripe privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies only for website functionality. Google Maps may set its own cookies when you interact with our embedded map. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share only with: Stripe (payments), Google (Maps embed), and Sierra Leone authorities when legally required.

7. Data Retention

Booking records are retained for 7 years as required by Sierra Leone tax law. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe. Other data is deleted on request.
