Waiting for a late flight, a ferry or a connection? Leave your bags with us so you can travel light, or hand in your laundry and have it back within 24 hours. We are opposite the New Airport Gate in Kasongha.
Luggage storage
- Your bags are tagged at reception and held in a locked store room
- Collect them at any hour. Reception is open 24 hours
- Staying with us? Ask at reception. Not staying? Send a request first so we can confirm there is space
- Please do not leave cash, passports, laptops or other valuables in stored bags
Paid when you collect your bags, with a numbered receipt.
Laundry
- Weighed with you at handover, so you see the weight and the price
- Hand it in by 10 AM and it is normally ready the next morning. We confirm the time on WhatsApp
- Washed and folded. Tell us about delicate items or anything that must not go in a hot wash
Paid on the day, with a numbered receipt. The final price is the weighed kilograms times NLe 60.

How it works
- 1. You request. Send a form, or WhatsApp +232 90 380 100.
- 2. We confirm. We reply on WhatsApp to confirm space, or the laundry hand-in and return time.
- 3. You hand over. Bags are tagged, laundry is weighed in front of you.
- 4. You pay. On the day, with a numbered receipt.
Good to know

- Long wait between flights? A day-use room or stopover package may suit you better, and a packed box covers the journey.
- Where: opposite the New Airport Gate in Kasongha, Lungi, 2.8 km (about 6 min) to the terminal.
- We take reasonable care of stored bags and laundry but cannot be responsible for valuables left inside them.
Questions
How much is luggage storage?
US$2 per bag per day, and US$3 per day for a large bag. You pay when you collect your bags.
Can I store bags if I am not staying at the guest house?
Yes, but please send a request first so we can confirm on WhatsApp that we have space. Staying guests can also ask at reception.
How much is laundry and how fast is it?
NLe 60 per kilogram. Clothes are weighed with you at handover and are back within 24 hours.
How do I pay?
On the day, in cash (Leones or US dollars), Orange Money or Africell Money, with a numbered receipt. No deposit and no online payment.
