Group, NGO and Conference Stays Near Lungi Airport

Hariom Yogi Guest House is a humble, family-run guest house opposite the New Airport Gate in Lungi, 2.8 km and about 6 minutes by car from the terminal. Here is what a team, NGO or convoy can expect when booking several rooms.

What we offer a group

• 11 air-conditioned rooms, from US$50 to US$100 per room per night. See all room categories and prices.
• Group offer: 10% off 5 or more room-nights over 3 or more nights, confirmed by the owner.
• Parking inside our compound for convoys of up to 20 cars, free of charge.
• Reception open 24 hours, so late and early arrivals are received at any hour.
• Power: two generators run whenever the government grid fails and are tested every day.
• Food: Indian and Sierra Leonean home cooking, with optional breakfast at US$10 per person.

Terms for group bookings

• A 50% deposit normally secures the rooms. Paying on arrival is also fine, but a booking without a deposit is held subject to availability on arrival.
• Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in (11:00 hotel local time, GMT/UTC+0), and change dates free, subject to availability.
• A deposit is always refunded in full: immediately if paid digitally, within 10 working days if paid by SWIFT.
• Check-in and check-out are both at 11:00.

Getting the team from the airport

Our airport shuttle is NLe 500 per trip. Each traveller sends a passport copy, ticket and recent photo on WhatsApp beforehand. For onward travel by water, check the ferry check and our arrival cost index, and see directions from the terminal.

Send the number of rooms, guests, your arrival date and nights on WhatsApp, or fill in the group enquiry form. We reply on WhatsApp. We do not take phone or video calls, because of heavy traffic: chat only.
