Terms of Service

1. The Parties

"Property", "we", "us" refers to Hariom Yogi Guest House & Restaurant, a registered business in Sierra Leone (TIN: 1001471253), located opposite Lungi International Airport, Bangura Street, Lungi, Sierra Leone. "Guest" refers to the person making or named on the booking.

2. Reservations & Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation via email or WhatsApp from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. Rates are quoted in New Leones (NLe) unless otherwise stated.

3. Room Rates

Rates are subject to change. The rate confirmed at time of booking is guaranteed. Direct bookings on yogistay.com receive a 10% discount versus OTA platform rates.

4. Check-in & Check-out

• Standard check-in: From 12:00 noon
• Standard check-out: By 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge
• Transit guests are charged per hour from actual check-in time
• Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Direct bookings (yogistay.com): Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in: 50% of the first night is charged as a cancellation fee.
• No-show: Full first night rate will be charged.
• OTA bookings (Booking.com, Expedia): The cancellation policy of the respective platform applies.
• Group bookings (4+ rooms): Separate cancellation terms apply as stated in your group booking confirmation.
• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Payment

We accept: New Leones (NLe) cash, USD/GBP/EUR cash, Orange Money, Africell mobile money, international bank transfer, and online card payments via Stripe. Payment in full is required at check-in unless a corporate account with credit terms has been agreed in writing in advance.

7. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards staff, other guests, and the property
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Smoking is not permitted inside any room or indoor area
• Visitors to guest rooms must be registered at reception
• We reserve the right to ask guests to leave without refund if conduct is deemed unacceptable or in violation of Sierra Leone law

8. Property & Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property, fixtures, or furnishings during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest. A pre-authorisation hold may be applied for corporate bookings.

9. Liability

Hariom Yogi Guest House takes reasonable precautions for guest safety and security. However, we are not liable for: loss or theft of personal property (guests are advised to use room locks and safeguard valuables), injuries caused by guest negligence, disruption to services caused by circumstances outside our control (power outages, extreme weather, civil disturbance, etc.).

10. Restaurant Terms

The on-site restaurant (launching Q2 2026) operates as a separate service. Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice. Pre-orders for early morning meals must be placed by 9:00 PM the previous evening. Dietary requirements should be communicated in advance.

11. Third-Party Services

Vehicle hire, airport transfers, forex exchange, and similar services arranged through us may involve third-party providers. We act as facilitators only and accept no liability for third-party service failures.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Sierra Leone. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation first, and if unresolved, through the courts of Sierra Leone.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always available at yogistay.com/terms.html. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
